TYPE VS
ADJUSTMENT SLIDE
The adjustment slides of series VS come with a dovetail for more stability and maximum liftings of 3/16, 3/8, 1/2, 1, 2, or 3 inches (5, 10, 15, 25, 50, or 75 mm) produced in the versions of one, two, or three axes.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
Our adjustment slides find applications where precise positioning or any linear motion is needed in machining and handling machinery.
MATERIAL AND SLIDE VERSIONS
Our adjustment slides come with standard aluminum extrusion, and we offer spindles, end plates, and fixing screws optionally. Upon request, we can provide nickel-plated surfaces and any other materials. Our repeating accuracy is 39 thousand an inch (=0.05 mm).
LOAD RATING AND WEIGHT
Depending on size, adjustments slide have a load rating from .7 lbf - 100 lbf (= 3 N – 441 N) and a weight from 1.4 oz to 10.14 lbs (= 0.04 – 4.60 kg).
