LINEAR AXIS
Linear axes find application across a diverse array of industries and technologies, serving as the backbone of precision motion control systems. In manufacturing, they facilitate automated assembly, material handling, and machining operations with unparalleled accuracy and repeatability. In the semiconductor industry, linear axes are crucial for wafer handling and precise alignment processes, ensuring the quality and integrity of microelectronic devices. In aerospace, they play a vital role in the fabrication of aircraft components, enabling the production of complex geometries with tight tolerances. Moreover, linear axes are integral to emerging technologies such as 3D printing, robotics, and medical devices, where precise movement is essential for achieving desired outcomes. Whether it's enabling the next generation of manufacturing processes or enhancing the capabilities of cutting-edge technologies, linear axes continue to drive innovation and progress across various industries.
ERO SPEED 1000
The ERO Speed 1000 series is based on an extruded aluminum profile and impresses with its two types of drive (toothed belt or spindle), compact design, and individual stroke lengths. The carriage is supported by profile rail guides, and a sheet metal cover protects both versions from dirt. These two axes are used for light, precise positioning tasks. Both can be used vertically and horizontally, and multi-axis assembly is also possible. On request, we offer customized solutions.
ERO SPEED 2000
Due to its high torsional rigidity and individual stroke lengths, the ERO Speed 2000 series uses an extruded aluminum profile as a base. It comes in two drive options: toothed belts or spindles. These axes are used for positioning tasks with medium loads and precise positioning tasks. Vertical, horizontal, and other multi-axes arrangements are available based on customer needs. Safety covers and design features are offered optionally. Please get in touch with us directly if you would like to discuss a customized solution.
ERO SPEED 3000
The ERO Speed 3000 series is the toughest of all ERO series. Like the other options, it uses an extruded aluminum profile as a base and is offered in two types of drives: a toothed belt or a spindle drive. These axes are used for positioning tasks with high loads and precise positioning requirements. The ERO Speed 3000 series can be used in multiple arrangements, like vertically and horizontally, and in any multi-axe arrangement. Additionally, we provide safety covers for any open space of moving parts optionally.
